Immediately when you join a game. The full amount appears on your card statement right away. If the match cancels or you leave within the cancellation window, you get a refund — instantly to your in-app wallet (default), or back to your card over 2–15 business days if you prefer.
Open matches auto-cancel 1 hour before kick-off if not enough players have joined. Everyone who paid gets an instant refund to their wallet. No fees, no waiting.
No — we charge 0% service fee at launch. You pay only the pitch price your venue has set. If we ever add a small service fee later, it'll always be shown clearly before you confirm any booking.
Yes. You are refunded in full any time up to 1 hour before kickoff. Inside that final hour a confirmed game is non-refundable, but your paid spot can be claimed by another player for free. The same 1-hour rule applies at every venue. Open-match auto-cancellations are always free.

Yes. Reviews come from players after a game they actually played, so nobody can rate a venue they never visited. Owners can reply, but they can't edit or remove what you wrote, and no venue can pay to rank higher.
Yes — every screen is fully translated, with proper right-to-left layout rather than mirrored English. Switch language any time in the app, and this site has an Arabic version too.
